Taste Buds: Yummy Tokyo Offers A New Flavor This Year

I've been a fan of Yummy Tokyo since the day I tasted their ramens in Regis Center Branch in Katipunan.  Currently, they have 8 flavors to choose from, seafood, shoyu, tonkatsu, spicy miso, cold ramen, curry, tantanmen, and miso.  This year they'll be adding a new flavor to the list, Black Garlic Ramen.  Black Garlic Ramen is flavored by caramelizing the cloves of garlic that resulted in near-black with a complex, savory, and almost sweet flavor.
Luckily, I got the chance to taste the new Black Garlic Ramen.  I got a Ramen Kit.  Ramen Kit is a make at home ramen and it contains noodles, chasu, and broth paste.  Ramen Kit is easy to cook and with the same taste as the ramen being served in the physical store.

Here are the items included in my Black Garlic Ramen
1. Noodles
2. Chasu
3. Black Garlic Broth Paste
4. Seaweeds

How to Prepare? Only 3 Easy Steps.
1. Loosen raw noodles.  Cook noodles for 2 minutes in 500ml boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent noodles from sticking together.  Drain noodles.
2. Stir ramen broth concentrate in 100ml boiling water until fully diluted.
3. Place together ramen noodles, ramen soup, chasu, and other garnish.

I enjoyed the new Black Garlic Ramen. I could taste the garlic flavor but it won't give a pungent smell.  The chasu as usual was tender. Once I finished the noodles, I added a cup of rice to the remaining broth, "sabaw palang ulam na".
