Seda Hotel Vertis North is a modern and stylish hotel in Quezon City. I had the opportunity to stay overnight at this hotel during April 21 holiday, together with my sister. I booked this hotel thru Agoda at a discounted price.
Location
One of the reasons why I chose Seda Hotel Verstis North for a quick getaway was the location. It is located in the commercial area of Quezon City and is surrounded by three malls, Ayala Vertis North, Trinoma, and SM North Edsa. If you need to do some errands or do some shopping, the mall is just a 3-minute walk. It is also near the transportation hub e.g. P2P bus to Clark Internation Airport, MRT.
Room
I stayed in the Deluxe Room with a twin bed for a night. The room was modern and very spacious. The bed was comfortable with soft linens, and can even accommodate an additional person. The room had a flat TV connected to a cable. A mini-fridge had a lot of cold drinks including alcoholic beverages. We had complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room. I wasn't sure if that was per request. Vanity and toothbrush kits were available. I was loving the toothbrush, it wasn't plastic. A full-length mirror was available as well.
Food
A breakfast buffet for two was included in my accommodation. It was supposed to be in Misto but due to the many guests they had on that day, they had an extension on the 2nd floor Function Room. The buffet had a variety of options, from international dishes to Filipino ones. I loved that they had Tuyo as well. One thing that caught my attention was the omellete section. There was a dedicated staff who was cooking omellete based on the guest's request. They served juices and coffee.
I also got a chance to see the rooftop bar, Straight Up.
Facilities
They have different facilities that you can enjoy. They have a gym, sauna, steam bath, and of course the pool. The pool is always open from 6am to 8pm. There's also a bar and food carts in the pool area for light snacks. I had a cup of coffee there. I enjoyed the pool early morning when there were few people. The water was clean and only 4 feet deep. I went to the sauna and steam bath after. I was the only person as it was early and other guests were having their breakfast.
Staff
What made my stay very memorable was the staff. The moment I got off from the car the staff was very warm and welcoming until I left the hotel. They smiled from their eyes. I could clearly see that they were enjoying their roles.
Final Thought
Overall, I highly recommend Seda Hotel Vertis North to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Quezon City. The hotel's location, amenities, and service all exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.
