- Set meal served in bento box (soup, veggies, main meal, dessert)
- Meal Option 1: Smoked St. Louis Pork RibsSmoked for a minimum of 6 hours and sprinkled with Luljetta’s dry rub alongside a special BBQ sauce with a side of Java rice and sautéed vegetables
- Meal Option 2: Smoked Norwegian SalmonCured for 24 hours and hot smoked for 4 hours. Our flaky, moist and flavorful salmon is served with tartar sauce with a side of Java rice and sautéed vegetables.
