Taste Buds: New Grilled Chicken in Town

I really love chicken. I eat chicken meals most of the time because of white meat and I go for a chicken inasal meal. I think every food restaurant around my office is selling inasal. Sadly, one thing I find common is burnt chicken skin. Who doesn't love chicken skin of inasal? It is very flavorful. It's kind of disappointing when I served one with burnt skin. Luckily, I was able to visit a new restaurant in Libis the offers different chicken meals including my favorite inasal. Chicka Chicka Chicken House is the new grilled chicken in town I've been longing for almost 3 weeks already since the first time I ate its chicken inasal.

Why I did love Chicka Chicka Chicken Inasal that much? First, I was surprised that the chicken was grilled evenly. Since it was evenly grilled, I was able to enjoy the chicken skin. It wasn't burnt. Second, the meat wasn't dry. It was juicy and flavorful. Finally, I enjoyed eating it without condiments. Goodbye soy sauce and calamansi! It was perfectly marinated with its secret recipe.

Another food I enjoyed eating was the Chicken Arrozcaldo. I usually put calamansi and fish sauce on it but I ate without condiments. It was very flavorful and savory. I could taste the chicken broth.
