Staycation: Zen Rooms Vinia

If you are planning to have a staycation, you don't have to spend a large amount of money to have a comfortable and luxurious stay.  Zen Rooms is here to give you this kind of staycation.

I was able to avail of one of their listed rooms in Quezon City, Zen Rooms Vinia.  I booked this thru Agoda. I chose this accommodation because it was just 3 stations away from my office and planning to come from here to work.  Vinia has an infinity pool in the roof deck that gives you the view of its surroundings.

Location:

Vinia is just beside that MRT SM North Station and facing the Trinoma Mall, and it is very strategic if you want to quick me time.

Room:
The room is a spacious studio-type with a queen-size bed.  Cooking utensils are available with a complete set of dinnerware.  There is no cable but TV Plus is available. Of course, wifi is definitely available.  

 

Pool:
There are two pools at the roof deck, one for adults and the other one is for kids. It has an overlooking view of the city.  You have to pay P300 pesos for the use of the pool.  But if you just want to see the area, and do some instagrammable pictures you can do so.  Just tell the pool attendant that you will just look around. The pool is closed on Tuesday for maintenance.

Restaurant:
There is no restaurant in the Vinia but there are nearby malls, Trinoma, Vertis North, and SM North.  There is also Mini Stop beside the Vinia. 

Other Matters:
You need to provide a valid ID to the reception and deposit 2000 pesos. The deposit will return to you after you check out.


Overall Stay
For me, I enjoyed my quick vacation.  It was value for money.  The room was spacious and the bed was soft. I also enjoyed the pool at night.  I highly recommend it if you want a quick me time for your self.
