It will take at least 7 to 15 days until the agency return your passport. But don't you know you can check the status of your visa application. It will show the whereabouts of your application.
How can you check the status of your application?
1. At Korean Embassy website home page, you can see at lower bottom the Check Application Status
2. It will direct you to Korean Visa Portal
3. Click Check Application Status.
4. Fill up the required information.
Type of Application = Diplomatic Office
Select Passport No.
Name in English = Surname Given Name
Date of Birth = Year Month Day
5. Finally, click search and check the status.
Based on my personal experience, my Visa was processed only for 5 Working Days by the embassy.
I submitted my application to Travelpros in SM North last October 27, and October 30 the embassy received the application. Since Nov 1 and 2 were holiday the embassy also observed the Philippine holidays. WAITING GAME!!!! Luckily, in the afternoon Nov 7, Korean Visa was approved.
Status at the portal for 5 working days
October 30 - Application Recevied
October 31- Application Received
November 5- Application Received
November 6 - Application Received
November 7- Approved

November 8- Release of passport (I assume)
November 9- Received text from agency that passport is ready for pick up
November 10- Got the passport with Visa.
