Two Supplements I'm Taking During The Pandemic if No Vitamin C

At this time of the pandemic, we always find ways to strengthen our immune system.  We exercise a lot, get enough sleep, and take supplements.  For supplements, the most common one is Vitamin C.  Since every household wants to have Vitamin C, most of the time it is not available in the pharmacies.  I was opted to find one that we can take to enhance the immune system, and luckily I found the one but two.  The two supplements are from Healthy Options.  I'll be giving you the details below.  Please take note that the effect may vary per individual.

N-Acetylcysteine  (NAC) 600 mg

NAC is an amino acid that is used by the body to make glutathione.  Glutathione is one of the essential antioxidants in our body that neutralizes the free radicals thus prevents cellular damage.  It is also lightened my skin due to the enhanced production of glutathione.

It also helps to alleviate respiratory symptoms because NAC replenishes the glutathione in the lungs.  It also helps in breaking up the mucus so phlegm can be easily coughed out.

NAC is also a friend to our Liver and Kidney.  It helps to detoxify the toxins in our body.

Vitamin D3 1000 IU
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps maintain healthy bones by stimulating the absorption of calcium.  Vitamin D3 is normally produced by our skin when we exposed to sunlight. That's why it is also called the sunshine vitamin.   I am taking this one as we are still in community quarantine and we don't have time to get out to have to sunbathe for a few minutes.  It also supports the overall cellular health.

For more than five months of taking them, I have not experienced any side effects and still helps me to have a strong body.

You can visit their physical stores or website to order the products.

Disclaimer: No Approved Therapeutic Claims.  The effect may vary per individual.
